Education received the attention of the monarchy in Iraq, especially after the developments that the country witnessed after Iraq gained independence and joined the League of Nations in 1932 AD in all political, economic and cultural aspects. In this regard, due to its distinguished geographical location, where the atmosphere, the natural environment and the religious and political standing were available, which made it a center of attraction for most Iraqi families and political figures. Learning and pioneering the path of knowledge, so it witnessed a great prosperity in secondary education, so several important schools appeared that contributed to advancing the wheel of learning forward, including Baghdad College High School, which was founded under the auspices of Jesuit parents and became a model for secondary schools in Iraq in terms of teaching levels, scientific levels for students, and the degree of high discipline they have, and I promised Adhamiya High School For boys, one of the leading scientific and educational institutions In Iraq, as it occupied a distinguished position among the secondary schools for boys, and as a result of the increased awareness among the sons of Adhamiya, several secondary schools for girls were opened, such as Al-Adhamiya Secondary School for Girls and Al-Hariri Secondary School for Girls, who returned from the prominent Adhamiya schools for girls due to their good organization and exemplary managemen.

A survey to show the reality of educational guidance in schools in Baghdad Rusafa 3\ from the point of view of educational guides. It used the analytical descriptive technique. The research community consists of () male and female advisors in schools of Baghdad. The sample was haphazard( 51\.) The questionnaire was made and it consists (50) items. The research statistics have been analyzed by (SPSS), The questionnaires have been used in the first term in (2017-2018) and the results showed the relationship between the advisor and other teachers, the advisor and students fathers and the local society.
