Education received the attention of the monarchy in Iraq, especially after the developments that the country witnessed after Iraq gained independence and joined the League of Nations in 1932 AD in all political, economic and cultural aspects. In this regard, due to its distinguished geographical location, where the atmosphere, the natural environment and the religious and political standing were available, which made it a center of attraction for most Iraqi families and political figures. Learning and pioneering the path of knowledge, so it witnessed a great prosperity in secondary education, so several important schools appeared that contributed to advancing the wheel of learning forward, including Baghdad College High School, which was founded under the auspices of Jesuit parents and became a model for secondary schools in Iraq in terms of teaching levels, scientific levels for students, and the degree of high discipline they have, and I promised Adhamiya High School For boys, one of the leading scientific and educational institutions In Iraq, as it occupied a distinguished position among the secondary schools for boys, and as a result of the increased awareness among the sons of Adhamiya, several secondary schools for girls were opened, such as Al-Adhamiya Secondary School for Girls and Al-Hariri Secondary School for Girls, who returned from the prominent Adhamiya schools for girls due to their good organization and exemplary managemen.
This paper presents an efficient methodology to design modified evaporative air-cooler for winter air-conditioning in Baghdad city as well as using it for summer air-conditioning by adding a heating process after the humidification process. laboratory tests were performed on a direct evaporative cooler (DEC) followed by passing the air on hot water through heat exchanger placed in the coolers air duct exit. The tests were conducted on the 2nd of December /2011 when the ambient temperature was 8.1°C and the relative humidity was (68%). The study showed differing age and quality of mortality rates at the level of administrative units of the study area, and notes the high mortality rates of elderly people of all age groups in 2013 compared to 1997, and this is due to security conditions after the USA occupation, and the accompanying conditions have affected the increase in mortality rates.
