This study is concerned with providing an objective, artistic study of the role of women in the pre-Islamic era, and extracting that status from the most important sources that express the language of that era, which is pre-Islamic poetry. The role of women in contemporary societies, the study sought to clarify those goals from a technical and objective point of view, which contributed to the main purpose of the study, which is the status of women in pre-Islamic poetry. Through tracingthe term “derivation” in the Holy Quran, I found that the word derivation varies and graduates in meaning from one form to another according to what has been mentioned in the Quranic context. In order to show that variation and graduation, we trace it in three axes:
The first axis (openness): the term “derivation” graduates from the meaning of openness and opening in its broad meaning to partial openness.

In this paper, some basic notions and facts in the b-modular space similar to those in the modular spaces as a type of generalization are given. For example, concepts of convergence, best approximate, uniformly convexity etc. And then, two results about relation between semi compactness and approximation are proved which are used to prove a theorem on the existence of best approximation for a semi-compact subset of b-modular space.
