The research aims to shed light on the possibility of measuring the intellectual capital in the Iraqi insurance company using accounting models, as well as disclosing it in the financial statements of the company, where human capital was measured using the present value factor model for discounted future revenues and the intellectual value-added factor model for measuring structural capital It was also disclosed in the financial statements based on the theory of stakeholders. The research problem lies in the fact that the Iraqi insurance company does not carry out the process of measuring and disclosing the intellectual capital while it is considered an important source for the company’s progress in the labor market recently. Therefore, two hypotheses were formulated for the research. The first is related to the measurement of intellectual capital in its human and structural types. The second was the possibility of disclosure in Financial statements of the company in question, The research was applied in the Iraqi insurance company, represented by the research community, and the research sample was based on (56) employees working in the departments that have a direct connection to the insurance process, and the salary lists, profit and loss disclosure and the financial position list were used, Company for 2018, The research concluded that there is a possibility to measure the intellectual head of the company research sample in terms of human capital, either structural capital can not be measured as a result of the fact that Dhahran measurement is negative.
Thyme essential oil (TEO) was extracted from dried leaves of Thymus vulgaris. The air-dried aerial parts of the plant produced 1.0% yield of TEO. The detection of this essential oil’s compounds was performed by GC-MASS. The cytotoxic activity of TEO was evaluated against two human cancer cell lines, namely HeLa (human epithelial cervical cancer) and MCF-7 (human breast carcinoma). Cells grown in 96 multi-well plates were treated with six concentrations of EO (6.25, 12.5, 25, 50, 100, 200 ppm) and incubated at 37 °C for 72 hrs. Abstract
In this work, pure Polypyrrole (PPy) and Polypyrrole (PPy)/Graphene (GN) was synthesized by in-situ polymerization in different weight percentages (0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 1, 3 and 5 wt.% (g)) of GN nano particles using chemical oxidation method at room temperature. The FTIR, SEM and electrical properties were studies for the nano composites. The result show that when concentration of GN Nano particle increase, the electrical conductivity increased and the graphene sheets were merging to form a continuous area of the GN through the polypyrrole base material. This paper applies the Modified Adomian Decomposition Method (MADM) for solving Integro-Differential Inequality, this method is one of effective to construct analytic approximate solutions for linear and nonlinear integro-differential inequalities without solving many integrals and transformed or discretization. The aim of this paper is to find a new method for solving a system of linear initial value problems of ordinary differential equation using approximation technique by two-point osculatory interpolation with the fit equal numbers of derivatives at the end points of an interval [0, 1] and compared the results with conventional methods and is shown to be that seems to converge faster and more accurately than the conventional methods.
