The aims of this study were to prepare Cryptococcus neoformans killed whole cell antigen and evaluate their effects by using DTH- skin test and the differential white blood cells in local rabbits.
Fourteen animals of both sexes were divided randomly into two groups. The first group (7 animals) was immunized with 1 ml of Cryptococcus neoformans killed whole cell antigen (1x 10 cells/ml), subcutaneously. A booster dose was given after 14 days of the first dose. The second group (7 animals) was considered as control group. Based on results of DTH-skin test, no significant differences (P< 0.05) were recorded between the concentrations, 15 mg/ml and 7.5 mg/ml after 24, 48 and 72 hrs., but there was a significant differences (P<0.05)

Objective: This study goal was to screen participants from different settings in Baghdad for depression using Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) scale and identify factors influencing the levels of depression. Methods: This cross-sectional study included a convenience sample of 313 people from four settings (teaching hospital, college of medicine, college of pharmacy, and high school) in Baghdad, Iraq. The participants were screened using paper survey relying on the BDI scale during spring 2018.      This paper aims to define and study new separation axioms based on the b-open sets in topological ordered spaces, namely strong - -ordered spaces ( ). These new separation axioms are lying between strong -ordered spaces and - - spaces ( ). The implications of these new separation axioms among themselves and other existing types are studied, giving several examples and counterexamples. Also, several properties of these spaces are investigated; for example, we show that the property of strong - -ordered spaces ( ) is an inherited property under open subspaces.

Internet paths sharing the same congested link can be identified using several shared congestion detection techniques. The new detection technique which is proposed in this paper depends on the previous novel technique (delay correlation with wavelet denoising (DCW) with new denoising method called Discrete Multiwavelet Transform (DMWT) as signal denoising to separate between queuing delay caused by network congestion and delay caused by various other delay variations. The new detection technique provides faster convergence (3 to 5 seconds less than previous novel technique) while using fewer probe packets approximately half numbers than the previous novel technique, so it will reduce the overload on the network caused by probe packets.
