Standards & Poor's indicators, which included items for financial reporting, many of them are not reveal by the Iraqi commercial banks,The research sample in its annual reports, as it is committed to what is stipulated in the laws and instructions of the supervisory authorities and that many of Standards & Poor's indicators are not stipulated by these laws, and the subject of audit disclosure according to Standards & Poor's indicators is an important topic that has received attention in recent times, which called for the necessity of a program to audit accounting information according to Standards & Poor's indicators for reasons including the lack of full disclosure And transparency in relation to the accounting information of many companies in the financial markets.
Four Co(II), (C1); Ni(II), (C2); Cu(II), (C3) and Zn(II), (C4) chelates have been synthesized with 1-(4-((2-amino- 5‑methoxy)diazenyl)phenyl)ethanone ligand (L). The produced compounds have been identified by using spectral studies, elemental analysis (C.H.N.O), conductivity and magnetic properties. Comparative cytogenetic studies were carried out on males of two species of flour beetles, Rust flour beetle Tribolium castaneum and Confused flour beetle Tribolium confusum to investigate the karyotype. In these species, somatic chromosomes were arranged according to its length except the sex chromosomes. Results of this study showed that complete chromosomes karyotyping (2n) of T.castaneum equaled to twenty chromosomes ( 2n=20, XY ) whereas (2n) T.confusum equaled eighteen chromosomes ( 2n= 18,XY). Two local fish Himri Carasobarbus luteus (Heckel, 1843) and Hishni Liza abu (Heckel, 1843) were stained with Alizarin Red and featured some anatomical qualities which cleared the difference of the muscular and skeletal fabric for each fish.
