The study aims to indicate the role of the agricultural initiative in building agricultural development, mediated by activation of the role of internal and external audit on agricultural initiative projects, for the purpose of meeting the challenges of abuses on agricultural land and lack of water used in agriculture and proportions of high poverty, which led to the rural people of the migration to the city and leave agriculture and livestock, and that of the main conclusions reached by the researcher. When comparing the work of the external auditing agencies (the Federal Office of Financial Supervision) on the initiative of agricultural projects with internal audit services in the Directorate of Agriculture and branches of the Agricultural Cooperative Bank in the province observed not to activate the internal audit services in the Directorate of Agriculture in agricultural development, the researcher recommended to maintain the agricultural initiative projects stop and neglect mediated oversight and provide ongoing support to them for these projects from the role in agricultural development.
Basically, this study aims to identify the extent to which Iraqi secondary school students use writing strategies and how proficiency level and students gender could affect writing strategy use. The study also examines the relationship between writing achievement and writing strategy use among Iraqi secondary school students. For this purpose, 140 Iraqi secondary school students were selected randomly from six different schools. The study aimed to identify the E-leadership practice at Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman University and to explore the obstacles that are facing the leaders in the implementation of E-leadership, in addition to find mechanisms to improve the practice of electronic driving at the university in light of the Corona pandemic. A descriptive analytical approach was used by depending on a questionnaire to collect the needed data. The study sample consisted of (139) heads of departments, attorneys' colleges and support Deanships universities. The study results showed that E-leadership employment recorded a medium to high degree. Especially at university, that publishing decisions electronically and uses technical means in providing its services.
