To solve this problem, the research was based on the premise that: (The application of cost technology based on specifications will result in calculating the cost of the product according to the specification required by the customer, to meet his wishes properly and without any waste and loss of costs). The research a set of conclusions and recommendations, perhaps the most important of which is that the application of (ABCII )technology in the implementation of contracting contracts helped to reduce the cost of the product (apartment), and this reduction will provide a vision of the company for the importance of the specification in determining the cost of products desired by the customer, as well as determining the citizen Excessive cost to be processed leading to staying in the market and achieving a competitive advantage, and based on the results of the research the researcher recommends the need to adopt cost technology based on specifications, because it provides correct and complete information to help to make strategic decisions that enable the company to Sovereignty in the competition market for contracting.

The aim of this work is to produce samples from Iraqi raw materials like Husyniat Bauxite (raw and burnt) and to study the effect of some additives like white Doekhla kaolin clays and alumina on that material properties were using sodium silica as a binding material. Five mixtures were prepared from Bauxite (raw and burnt) and kaolin clays, with an additive of (40) ml from sodium silica and alumina of (2.5, 5, 7.5,10 wt %) percentage as a binding material. the size grading was through sieving. Heavy-duty diesel vehicle idling consumes fossil fuel and reduces atmospheric quality at idle period, but its restriction cannot simply be proscribed. A comprehensive tailpipe emissions database to describe idling impacts is not yet available. This paper presents a substantial data set that incorporates results from DI multi-cylinders Fiat diesel engine. Idle emissions of CO, hydrocarbon (HC), oxides of nitrogen (NOx), smoke opacity, carbon dioxide (CO2) and noise have been reported, when three EGR ratios (10, 20 and 30%) were added to suction manifold.
