To solve this problem, the research was based on the premise that: (The application of cost technology based on specifications will result in calculating the cost of the product according to the specification required by the customer, to meet his wishes properly and without any waste and loss of costs). The research a set of conclusions and recommendations, perhaps the most important of which is that the application of (ABCII )technology in the implementation of contracting contracts helped to reduce the cost of the product (apartment), and this reduction will provide a vision of the company for the importance of the specification in determining the cost of products desired by the customer, as well as determining the citizen Excessive cost to be processed leading to staying in the market and achieving a competitive advantage, and based on the results of the research the researcher recommends the need to adopt cost technology based on specifications, because it provides correct and complete information to help to make strategic decisions that enable the company to Sovereignty in the competition market for contracting.
Abstract
The research aimed to test the relationship between the size of investment allocations in the agricultural sector in Iraq and their determinants using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method compared to the Error Correction Model (ECM) approach. The time series data for the period from 1990 to 2021 was utilized. The analysis showed that the estimates obtained using the ECM were more accurate and significant than those obtained using the OLS method. The Taylor series is defined by the f and g series. The solution to the satellite's equation of motion is expanding to generate Taylor series through the coefficients f and g. In this study, the orbit equation in a perifocal system is solved using the Taylor series, which is based on time changing. A program in matlab is designed to apply the results for a geocentric satellite in low orbit (height from perigee, hp= 622 km).
