That which result the rationalizing the facilities of production, organization and self-control which derived nanotechnology idea, which aims to minimize materials and change it properties, then view the advantages , and the mechanism of Nano-accounting and the basic pillars upon which, the rationalized sides of accounting performance which traditionally played by the accountant as traditional accounting cycle as recording journal entries, posting ,balancing ,etc. which required changing the concept of accounting records to accounting notation, working on the development of the accounting from existing the accounting records to a good decisions maker, rationalize the principles and concepts of most the accounting and managerial systems as a result of changing the accounting structure, and removing jamming informatics.by direct contact for all internal and external parties, can illustrate the applications of Nano-Accounting by rationalized accounting performance in the manufacturing as a society of the research, and at the General Company for Electrical Industries / air cooler motor plant as a sample of the search.

The study aimed to identify the awareness degree of teacher students in the department of Arabic language and their supervisors at Al-aqsa University for their future roles in the age of knowledge. To achieve this objective, descriptive- analytical approach was used. The instruments of this study were two questionnaires: first one consist of (20) item for teacher students, and the second consist of (27) item for educational supervisors which covered three roles: professional, technological, and humanitarian. The aim of the current study was to investigate the impact of workplace stress on employee engagement within Iraqi universities through the mediator role of leadership style. Work-related stress and non-work-related stress were identified as representing workplace stress. Employee engagement has been measured through three types: social engagement, affective engagement, and intellectual engagement. A polycrystalline CdTe film has been prepared by thermal evaporation technique on glass substrate at substrate temperature 423 K with 1.0 m thicknesses. The film was heated at various annealing temperature under vacuum (Ta =473, 523 and K). Some of physical properties of prepared films such as structural and optical properties were investigated. The patterns of X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the structure of CdTe powder and all films were polycrystalline and consist of a mixture of cubic and hexagonal phases and preferred orientation at (111) direction.
