Corruption is one of the barriers to economic growth and investment opportunities, and after the most serious security and stability, that corruption plagued the Iraqi economy is striking and has roots since the eighties of the last century to the present day.

The study aimed to identify practical impact of corruption on investment in the Iraqi economy and revealed the possibilities and obstacles to investment in Iraq and clarify the investment opportunities at the level of Iraq and the impact of corruption on investments.

In this work, the effect of vortex shedding on the solar collector performance of the parabolic trough solar collector (PTSC) was estimated experimentally. The effect of structure oscillations due to wind vortex shedding on solar collector performance degradation was estimated. The performance of PTSC is evaluated by using the useful heat gain and the thermal instantaneous efficiency. Experimental work to simulate the vortex shedding excitation was done. The useful heat gain and the thermal efficiency of the parabolic trough collector were calculated from experimental measurements with and without vortex loading.   This research aims  to know the reality of  implementation of  Knowledge Management in Saudi Universities Applied  in Shaqra University and to study the difficults whish encountered in applying the Knowledge Management approach.

The study investigated the university staff  in Shaqra, Thadig, and Huraymila branches,  using a questionnaire designed by the researcher to collect the data, sample of (260) members was used, applying the descriptive analytical approach to test the hypothesis by using (SPSS) program.
