Abstract
The aim of the research is to identify the role of ethical leadership in achieving comprehensive quality standards in public education schools in the Al-Ardha governorate. In this paper, the effect size measures was discussed, which are useful in many estimation processes for direct effect and its relation with indirect and total effects.
