In the present paper, the features of democratization of vocabulary in the language of mass media are tackled. Particularly, the functions of this phenomenon in the context of language as an ontological reality are analysed. As well, the growing role  of the language of the media, and the language of politics as an integral part pertaining to it, is noted. In this study, the electron coefficients; Mean energy , Mobility and Drift velocity  of different gases  Ar, He, N₂ and O₂  in the  ionosphere have been calculated using BOLSIG+ program to check the solution results of Boltzmann equation results, and effect of reduced electric field (E/N) on electronic coefficients. spanning tree Detection descriptor (MST). This ObjectDetection descriptor builds on the
structure of the minimum spanning tree constructed on the targettraining set of Skin Cancer
Images only. The Skin Cancer Image Detection of test objects relies on their distances to the
