The research attempts to diagnose the level of the effect of human resources flexibility (employees skills flexibility, employees behaviors flexibility, and human resource practice flexibility) in the south al-rusafa directorate of a power station one of the formations and the Ministry of Electricity, and impact of a range of variables related to the performance operational, namely, (efficiency, effectiveness)recognizing the importance of the subjects studied,& because of the importance of expected results of the field under consideration,researcher selected a sample of size (121) engineers and technicians of workers in the directorate. Was my hypotheses the major search of a relationship and impact between human resources flexibility and operational performance, conducted the analysis depending on the number of statistical tools to validate these hypotheses, including the correlation coefficient rank (Spearman) and method (Structural Equation Modeling)to determine the relations of influence, the research results indicate that the the three dimensions of human resources flexibility have a positive impact on operational performance and this is what supports the statistical formulation of the research assumptions.the search recommends that the directorate should aware & the focus of the research sample which show the interest of human resource flexibility ( employees skills, employees behaviors, and human resource practice), which considers (the black box) for strategy human resources management, to improvement achieve efficiency and effectiveness in the operational performance of the work of the directorate by increasing the operating hours.
Results: it was found that labelled cells participated in the formation of myotubes, which formed mature muscle fibers, and possibly new satellite cells. The results of this experiment may eventually revolutionized therapeutic procedures for some form of muscle diseases

ABSTRACT this paper extends the literature on the elements and effect of financial literacy by investigating the elements of financial literacy and the impact of financial literacy on financial inclusion and savings. This research confirms the results of researches of other economies but exposes some dissimilarities as well. The principal factors of financial literacy are discovered to be government efficiency, educational level, income, economic performance and infrastructure. Flexible pavement design and analysis were carried out in the past with semi-experimental methods, using elastic characteristics of pavement layers. Due to the complex interferences between various layers and their time consumption, the traditional pavement analysis, and design methods were replaced with fast and powerful methods including the Finite Element Method (FEM) and the Discrete Element Method (DEM). Silymarin is derived from the milk thistle plant, and possesses numerous pharmacological actions, including hepatoprotective, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anticancer properties. The aim of the study was to the determination of influence different concentrations of Silymarin on the rumen performance in 30 local lambs (divided into three groups of 10 lambs each). In the first and second groups, 420 and 210 mg kg-1 of silymarin were administered for 8 weeks, and the third group was the control, which received normal saline solution. A revision study of the Sphecidae from Iraq is presented. A survey is conducted to collect the specimens from different regions; generally, there were 41 species belonging to 12 genera and 4 subfamilies are revised with synonyms.
