The tax planning and its effect on the investment: On sample of Iraqi Contribution Company
...Show More Authors

The importance of the current study  lies in the  importance of the  Tax policy that  being considered one of the most important tools working on fulfilling  the  social,  financial  and economic  goals  and improving  the investment environment  in the country  to become  having the ability to  activate the  national economy. The current study  has  referred  that  (  Has  the  tax planning  practiced by  the Iraqi  contribution  companies  led to increase  the  far-term tax  outcome through  getting  benefit of   the monetary  funds  and expansion in  the economic  activities  or establishing  new economic  structures  and consequently  led  to increase   the tax? The hypothesis of the current study  has indicated that the  tax planning  practiced by the  Iraqi contribution   contribute  into  encouraging  the  investment  and new projects .  The research aims toexplain the concept of the tax planning   and its strategicimportance, and to what   extent   it depicts policies of expansion in investment.  The research has concluded  set of conclusions  , most importantly,  the Iraqi  companies   have agreed that  the tax  availability that could be obtained  through  the tax planning   has been considered   a factor  for attracting  the  investment  through  paying attention to  the nature of  the monetary  availabilities. As a result, the investment  is considered  as a main factor  in defying  the  state's  economic center  in the short-term an the main reason of the economic growth  lies in  creating  jobs opportunities  and production increase , technology   development and  exports expansion . Along withthe currencies ' entry. Thus, all these factors reflect positively on the companies ' contribution into the economy growth and taxplanning increase.  Most important recommendations  lie in the contribution of Iraqi companies  to pay attention on  the tax planning  for  reducing  the tax regulations  based on laws  and achieving   more  profits   and monetary availability to be used  in  fields of expansion  and to open  specialized companies  or   branches  in and outside the country  as to secure  its work  continuation and competition.

Removal of <scp>E133</scp> brilliant blue dye from artificial wastewater by electrocoagulation using cans waste as electrodes
...Show More Authors
Abstract<p>Solid‐waste management, particularly of aluminum (Al), is a challenge that is being confronted around the world. Therefore, it is valuable to explore methods that can minimize the exploitation of natural assets, such as recycling. In this study, using hazardous Al waste as the main electrodes in the electrocoagulation (EC) process for dye removal from wastewater was discussed. The EC process is considered to be one of the most efficient, promising, and cost‐effective ways of handling various toxic effluents. The effect of current density (10, 20, and 30 mA/cm2), electrolyte concentration (1 and 2 g/L), and initial concentration of Brilliant Blue dye (15 and 30 mg/L) on </p> ... Show More

Performance Evaluation of Scalar Multiplication in Elliptic Curve Cryptography Implementation using Different Multipliers Over Binary Field GF (2233)
...Show More Authors

This paper presents a point multiplication processor over the binary field GF (2233) with internal registers integrated within the point-addition architecture to enhance the Performance Index (PI) of scalar multiplication. The proposed design uses one of two types of finite field multipliers, either the Montgomery multiplier or the interleaved multiplier supported by the additional layer of internal registers. Lopez Dahab coordinates are used for the computation of point multiplication on Koblitz Curve (K-233bit). In contrast, the metric used for comparison of the implementations of the design on different types of FPGA platforms is the Performance Index.

The first approach attains a performance index

Resistance of bonded premolars to four artificial ageing models post enamel conditioning with a novel calcium-phosphate paste
...Show More Authors

Background: This in vitro study compares a novel calcium-phosphate etchant paste to conventional 37% phosphoric acid gel for bonding metal and ceramic brackets by evaluating the shear bond strength, remnant adhesive and enamel damage following water storage, acid challenge and fatigue loading. Material and Methods: Metal and ceramic brackets were bonded to 240 extracted human premolars using two enamel conditioning protocols: conventional 37% phosphoric acid (PA) gel (control), and an acidic calcium-phosphate (CaP) paste. The CaP paste was prepared from β-tricalcium phosphate and monocalcium phosphate monohydrate powders mixed with 37% phosphoric acid solution, and the resulting phase was confirmed using FTIR. The bonded premolars were exp

Morphological &amp; chemo mechanical analysis of exposed cervical dentin treated with three different desensitizing pastes (comparative in vitro study)
...Show More Authors

Background Obstructing dentinal tubules is a valuable approach for managing dentin hypersensitivity. Although various agents promote dentin remineralization, direct comparisons between theobromine, bioactive glass (BAG), and nano-hydroxyapatite (Nano-HAP) under simulated oral conditions remain limited. To fill this gap, this in vitro study aimed to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of these three treatments on exposed cervical dentin. The assessment focused on their chemical, morphological, and mechanical effects on dentin. Materials and methods Forty-eight human dentin slabs were obtained from the cervical portions of twelve sound premolar teeth. Baseline Raman spectroscopy and VMH tests were done to exclude outliers. All specimens we

Fabrication of Solid Random Gain Media in Visible Region From Rhodamine Dye Solutions Containing Highly-Pure Titanium Dioxide Nanoparticles
...Show More Authors

In this work, solid random gain media were fabricated from laser dye solutions containing nanoparticles as scattering centers. Two different rhodamine dyes (123 and 6G) were used to host the highly-pure titanium dioxide nanoparticles to form the random gain media. The spectroscopic characteristics (mainly fluorescence) of these media were determined and studied. These random gain media showed laser emission in the visible region of electromagnetic spectrum. Fluorescence characteristics can be controlled to few nanometers by adjusting the characteristics of the host and nanoparticles as well as the preparation conditions of the samples. Emission of narrow linewidth (3nm) and high intensity in the visible region (533-537nm) was obtained.

Assessment of Interleukin-13(rs20541) Genomic Polymorphism in Patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome in Relation to COVID19 Infection
...Show More Authors

Elevated Interleukin-13 (IL-13) may play an important role in the pathophysiology of COVID-19, yet, the attenuated response did not notice across all severe cases. Susceptibility to asthma in specific populations is associated with several SNPs of multifunctional cytokines, such as IL-13, IL-31 and IL-33. This prospective case-control study is designed to investigate the extent of genetic susceptibility in subsets of Iraqi patients with COVID-19 by targeting the variants of interleukin IL-13rs20541 polymorphism in relation to disease susceptibility and severity of clinical presentation. One hundred samples were obtained from the throat, nasopharyngeal and nasal swabs enrolled in this study. Eighty samples of the throat, nasopharyngeal and
