One of the most important conclusions reached by the research show that high tax evasion phenomenon negatively affects economic development projects and thus the loss in state revenue. And the success of the economic development process need to many resources to achieve such as taxes, fees, and revenues of state property, loans, and deficit financing. The most important recommendations reached by the research, the need to give full flexibility to run the Iraqi mechanics of the tax system in terms of increased state revenues in order to achieve economic and social development required. And the need to raise awareness of the tax being one of the fundamental means to combat evasion and the success of the process of economic development, and feeling designate that the contribution to pay the tax contribute to building the economic development process

This paper reports a numerical study of flow behaviors and natural convection heat transfer characteristics in an inclined open-ended square cavity filled with air. The cavity is formed by adiabatic top and bottom walls and partially heated vertical wall facing the opening. Governing equations in vorticity-stream function form are discretized via finite-difference method and are solved numerically by iterative successive under relaxation (SUR) technique. A computer program to solve mathematical model has been developed and written as a code for MATLAB software. Emotional competence, is relatively a new concept, stands for the ability of people to perceive their feelings and emotions, and sharing them with others. It also refers to capability in optimizing these feeling and emotions, and managing them over various situations. Thus, this study aims to examine the efficiency of counseling program in developing an emotional competence among intermediate school students in Baghdad city. The sample included group of female students at intermediate stage. This study aimed to identify the role of school administration in achieving educational and learning goals from the point of view of educational supervisors in the stage of basic education. The descriptive method was adopted. As for the sample size, it has reached (59) educational supervisors. A questionnaire consisting of 29 paragraphs divided into four areas was used.
