Consistent with developments emerging environmental and canaccept by Iraq of the opportunities and challenges ahead in many fields,including economic areas, it requires the face of those developments andadaptation by adopting a lot of related concepts, including the concept ofcorporate governance and commitment to its principles, standards andmechanisms, especially those related to the formation of audit committeesand identify the tasks and duties entrusted to its members and terms oftheir independence as well as the rehabilitation of both scientific andpractical manner that is consistent with the interests of shareholders andother stakeholders in the companies, including banks, research sample, theresearch aims to shed light on the concept of corporate governance and theimportance of forming audit Committees and identify deficiencies in theCompanies Law (64)- 2004 and the banking Law (94)- 2004 in the signalclearly to the concept of corporate governance and implementationmechanisms, especially those related to the Audit Committee, as it becameclear through the results of the analysis that many of theworking in theresearch sample banks in favor of activating the legal framework thatregulates the work of banks, which would contribute in enhancing theeffectiveness of governance.
Diabetic retinopathy is one of most important complications of diabetes mellitus that can be treated by Nd:YAG laser. Laser is used in ophthalmic practice for photocoagulation and photodisruption. The purpose of this study is to evaluate changes in immunological ,hematological and biochemical values after treatment of diabetic retinopathy by laser. Blood samples from 10 patients suffering from diabetic retinopathy were taken before and after laser treatment to coagulate retina to prevent leakage and hemorraghe to avoid deterioration of vision.In group one (4 patients = 40%), blood tests were done one day after treatment. Abstract: The M(II) complexes [M2(phen)2(L)(H2O)2Cl2] in (2:1:2 (M:L:phen) molar ratio, (where M(II) =Mn(II), Co(II), Cu(II), Ni(II) and Hg(II), phen = 1,10-phenanthroline; L = 2,2'-(1Z,1'Z)-(biphenyl-4,4'-diylbis(azan-1-yl-1-ylidene))bis(methan-1-yl-1- ylidene)diphenol] were synthesized. In this study, Titanium Dioxide Nanoparticles were synthesized by an easy and eco-friendly technique (green synthesis) using green tea leaves (Camillia sinensis), Nanoparticles were analyzed using structural and optical analysis, the X-ray pattern showed that Titanium Dioxide NPs had a tetragonal structure with (Face Centered Tetragonal) FCT crystal structure, the UV-visible recorded an absorbance peak near 350 nm and calculated energy band gap was 3.5 eV, all measurements were proved the purity and Nano size of prepared Nanoparticles.
