The results of research confirmed that there is a set of internal and external determinants involving the Iraq stock exchange market with listed companies that affect the use of means promoting of related to the law of the market and other possibilities available and degree of cooperation of listed companies to promote itself and the market, and it recommended that research the need for responsible parties in the Iraq stock exchange adopt a statute or law to stimulate the use of promotional tools are required companies in which to promote and provide the ways and possibilities of human and financial all to promote the market to create awareness of the social, cultural and economic attracts individuals from (financiers and investors) and will lead to interaction and integration between all parties mentioned previously, which reflects its impact in increasing the volume of trading in securities and raise activity and efficiency of the securities market.

Mixed ligand of Co and Ni (II) complexes were prepared from [5-(p-nitrophenyl)-4/-phenyl-1,2,4-triazole-3-dithiocarbamato hydrazide](TRZ.DTC) as primary ligand and 2,2'-bipyridyl (bipy) as a co-ligand with metal salts. These complexes were analytically and spectroscopically characterized in solid state by elemental analyses, flame atomic absorption, magnetic susceptibility and molar conductance measurements, as well as by UV–Vis and FTIR spectroscopy. In this work, the detection of zinc (Zn) ions that cause water pollution is studied using the CSNPs- Linker-alkaloids compound that was prepared by linking extracted alkaloids from Iraqi Catharanthus roseus plant with Chitosan nanoparticles (CSNPs) using maleic anhydride. This compound is characterized by an X-ray diffractometer (XRD) which shows that it has an orthorhombic structure with crystallite size in the nano dimension. Zeta Potential results show that the CSNPs-Linker-alkaloids carried a positive charge of 54.4 mV, which means it possesses high stability.
