The auditor plays a key role in economic life because of the confidence his report adds to the audited financial statements. In applying the various stages of the audit process, the auditor must maintain a high moral level that determines his type of commitment in his professional behavior before God first, And to the society at last in a way that supports its independence. On this basis, the aim of the research is to identify the threats that affect the independence of the auditor. To achieve the objective of the research, the hypothesis that there is a statistically significant relationship between the threats facing the auditor and his professional independence was formulated. In the light of testing the hypotheses of research it was concluded that the financial interests of the auditor with the client could affect the independence of the auditor, and that the risks of self-revision may affect the independence of that auditor also, and that unprofessional harmony and the auditor's defense of the client's interests can also affect the independence Checker.

This research has presented a solution to the problem faced by alloys: the corrosion problem, by reducing corrosion and enhancing protection by using an inhibitor (Schiff base). The inhibitor (Schiff base) was synthesized by reacting of the substrates materials (4-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde and 4-aminoantipyrine). It was diagnosed by infrared technology IR, where the IR spectrum and through the visible beams proved that the Schiff base was well formed and with high purity. ... Show MoreThe propagation of laser beam in the underdense deuterium plasma has been studied via computer simulation using the fluid model. An appropriate computer code “HEATER” has been modified and is used for this purpose. The propagation is taken to be in a cylindrical symmetric medium. Different laser wavelengths (1 = 10.6 m, 2 = 1.06 m, and 3 = 0.53 m) with a Gaussian pulse type and 15 ns pulse widths have been considered. Absorption energy and laser flux have been calculated for different plasma and laser parameters. The absorbed laser energy showed maximum for = 0.53 m. This high absorbitivity was inferred to the effect of the pondermotive force.
