The variations in gene expression between patients with CML and healthy controls were investigated. The gender and age correlations with CML patients were included, as was the association of gene expression folding of the SCARB1 gene with clinical data (WBC, RBC, hemoglobin, platelets, and BCR-ABL gene).      This paper aims to find out if FOXP-3 was expressed in samples from Iraqi cervical cancer patients. Expression of FOXP-3 was detected in 55 cervical tissue samples by immunohistochemistry. Since thirty-five cases of aggressive cervical cancer were included, along with 20 normal samples used as controls. The nucleus and cytoplasm levels of FOXP-3 were counted, considering the ratio of positive cells and intensity. FOXP3 cytoplasmic staining was found in 27 out of 35 cases. The pathogenicity of S. saprophyticus was studied in mice. A group of white mice were injected transurethrally using a catheter with S. saprophyticus S67 cell suspension in a concentration reached 109 CFU/ml. concomitantly, the role of its peptidoglycan in the pathogenicity was studied by injecting another group of mice with 0.3 mg/0.2 ml of partially purified S. saprophyticus S67 peptidoglycan extract. After autopsy, kidneys and urinary bladder showed several histopathological changes both in cells and peptidoglycan injected mice, included: hydropic degeneration, glomerulus shrinkage, congestion of renal vessels, infiltration of inflammatory cells, and dekeratinization in urinary bladder.
