The aim of this research is to identify the impact of the effectiveness of digital transformation technology in improving the efficiency of the insurance service in the public insurance companies in Iraq through digital transformation technology in the insurance process "promotion of the insurance product, submission of insurance application, underwriting, settlement of losses" and to achieve this goal a questionnaire was designed A survey distributed in the surveyed community Which represents the decision makers in the researched companies under study, and one of the most important results of the research was the existence of a relationship between digital transformation and improving the efficiency of the insurance process, whether through promoting the insurance policy, submitting an insurance application, underwriting, or settling compensation. The study recommended the importance of adopting legal legislation related to public insurance companies and developing The infrastructure of information technology and digital transformation, which forms the basis of digital transformation service, and the importance of educating all workers in insurance companies and training them on the use of digital transformation, especially computers, the Internet, software and applications, in line with current developments.
New series of 4,4'-((2-(Aryl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazole1,3(2H)-diyl)bis(methylene))Diphenol(3a-g) was successfully synthesized from cyclization of the reduction product of bis Schiff bases (2) with aryl aldehydes bearing phenolic hydroxyl in the presence of acetic acid. The structure of these compounds was identified from FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and EIMs. The Antioxidant capability was screened by DPPH and FRAP assays. Both assays showed antioxidant capability more than BHT as well. Compounds 3b and 3c showed antioxidant capacity slightly less than ascorbic acid. A new series of Fe (III) , Co (II) , Ni (II) and Cu (II) complexes of the Schiff base, 5 (2-hydroxy benzylidine) -2-thio ether -1, 3, 4-thiadiazole were prepared and characterized .The imine behaves as a bidentate. The nature of bonding and the stereochemistry of the complexes were deduced from metal analyses, infrared, electronic spectra,magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements, an octahedral geometry was suggested for all complexes except the copper complex has a square planar geometry .preliminary in vitro tests for antimicrobial activity show that all the prepared compounds except iron complex display good activity to gram positive Staphelococcus aures and gram negative Escherchia coli.

The concentration used were 125 , 250, 500, 1000 Microgram/militer . The exracts were prepared by using hot water method . The preliminary chemical tests revealed acidic pH of all extracts. In this work, two groups of nanocomposite material, was prepared from unsaturated polyester resin (UPE), they were prepared by hand lay-up method. The first group was consisting of (UPE) reinforced with individually (ZrO2) nanoparticles with particle size (47.23nm).
