The international ranking of the quality of universities is one of the important topics that have taken a great deal of attention that is related to the scientific status at the local, regional and international levels.Quality means a set of characteristics and features of a product or service related to its ability to meet a specific need by making the product or service suitable for use. The quality of education represents the degree that meets a set of educational characteristics specified in accordance with the standards of institutional accreditation of educational indicators in achieving the quality of the educational product, and the educational institution usually seeks to reach them. Accordingly, the research is concerned with presenting the types of international rankings for the quality of universities and identifying the ranking of Iraqi universities according to the international quality ratings, and then presenting the determinants that hinder the entry of Iraqi universities in the international rankings for the quality of higher education and coming up with a number of conclusions and recommendations for the research.

Secure data communication across networks is always threatened with intrusion and abuse. Network Intrusion Detection System (IDS) is a valuable tool for in-depth defense of computer networks. Most research and applications in the field of intrusion detection systems was built based on analysing the several datasets that contain the attacks types using the classification of batch learning machine. The present study presents the intrusion detection system based on Data Stream Classification. Several data stream algorithms were applied on CICIDS2017 datasets which contain several new types of attacks. The results were evaluated to choose the best algorithm that satisfies high accuracy and low computation time.

The aim of this article is to introduce a new definition of domination number in graphs called hn-domination number denoted by . This paper presents some properties which show the concepts of connected and independent hn-domination. Furthermore, some bounds of these parameters are determined, specifically, the impact on hn-domination parameter is studied thoroughly in this paper when a graph is modified by deleting or adding a vertex or deleting an edge.

Water balance approaches are strategies for resolving key theoretical and practical hydrological issues. The major goals of this study are to examine climatic elements and conditions to calculate groundwater recharge using the water balance approach. The study area is located in Mandaly city, Diyala Governorate, eastern Iraq. The metrological data was gathered between 1994 and 2020 to evaluate the study area's climate. The annual rainfall rate has been 248.61 mm, with a relative humidity of 43.89%, a temperature of 24.41 oC, a wind speed of 1.99 m/sec, sunshine of 8.32 hours per day, and evaporation of (268.09 mm). The single crystal X-ray structure was determined for the L3 which was complemented with Density Functional Theory calculations for all complexes. The structure exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry, with the two triazole ligands coordinated to the iron centre positioned in the equatorial plane and the two chloro atoms in the axial positions. The values of the FeII/III redox couple, observed at ca. −0.3 V versus Fc/ Fc+ for complexes 2–9, varied over a very small potential range of 0.05 V.
