This study has sought to explore the Yemeni online news websites’ treatment of the tropical storm “Luban” which hit the coasts of al-Mahra governorate, and other parts of the Yemeni Eastern and Southern governorates in October 2018. The study also examined how the Yemeni news websites covered the disaster on the basis of the problematic situation model. The study’s findings revealed a form of logical balance in distributing the coverage of the disaster in its different phases. The coverage was a bit more focused on the disaster phase than the pre- and post-disaster phases. يمثل الكتاب كشاف لمجلة الاستاذ للعلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية والتي تصدرها الكلية وغطي الكشاف اعداد المجلة ابتداءً من العدد 50 الذي صدر في عام 2002 ولغاية العدد (104) الذي صدر 2009 . وكان عدد الابحاث المنشورة (1217 ) بحثا وكانت (985 باللغة العربية و 173 باللغة الانكليزية و 50 باللغة الكردية 9 باللغة الاخرى ) .

The new media scene reveals that the unprecedented overlap of a number of technical, economic, and political factors has made the new media a very complicated issue; and the focus of specialized and public debates about its impact on traditional means of communication and forms of social media and social relations. This research tries to reveal how to manage and control the competitive edge for business by building managerial skills in various organizational levels. The problem of the study revolves around the effects of international variables on the principle of citizenship in Kuwait during the period 1991-2018.

The study used several indicators, such as: the rule of law, achieving the principle of separation of powers, the right to form parties, the application of the law of nationality, and racial discrimination, women's rights, and freedom of expression.
