يعد مفهوم العولمة ظاهرة عالمية كونها نزعة طاغية في الوقت الحالي منسوبة الى العالم ، ولم تدخل بعد قوائم المفردات في القواميس السياسية والاقتصادية . (الأسدي ،2004-ص88).وأن العولمة " Globlization أخذت مدلولان ، الاول يدل على الانفتاح وحرية التفكير ومتابعة الاكتشافات في مختلف المجالات والابتعاد عن الرتابة والروتين . اما الثاني فيدل على سطحية التفكير وحب التغيير لأجل التغيير ونبذ الماضي دون حكم او تفكير مسبق . ( سلاح شور، 2000- ص2) . وتتعلق العولمة بالجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية والثقافية والتربوية والنفسية من حياة الانسان . وما يجابه به الباحثين لدراسة هذا المفهوم هو كيفية تقديره وقياسه ؟ وما الاد اة المناسبة لتحقيق هذا الهدف ؟ وكيف يمكن بناؤها ؟ لمعرفة تأثيره في العلاقات الإنسانية .ولعدم وجود دراسات سابقة درست تأثير وسائل اتصال العولمة في العلاقات الإنسانية في البيئة العراقية ، فأن ذلك يعد المشكلة التي تصدى لها الباحث في دراسته .
The study aims to measure life management (in its various approaches) among university academics and to identify the differences among life management strategies (in its various approaches) in regard of gender (male, female), field of education (scientific, humanitarian) and title (assistant lecturer, lecturer, assistant professor, and professor). The aim of this paper to study the effect of the implicit factors on the entrepreneurial spirit of the students of the Algerian university. Our structural model was proposed based on the model (Shapiro et Sokol, 1982) and the model (Ajzen, 1991). We tested it on a sample of 163 university students at the University of Algiers 3. The model consists of a set of variables (the intention of contracting as a dependent variable, structural and social educational support as independent variables). The sample of the study consisted of (400) male and female students from the university students. In order to achieve the goals of the research, the researcher built a measure of future thinking skills based on Torrance theory (2003). Psychometric properties of the standards were extracted, which are represented by honesty and consistency and the application of the measures to the research sample. The researchers found that Future thinking skills of university students, and that the skill of future planning is the most common skill among the research sample.
