اجري هذا البحث للتعرف على "اثر استخدام طريقة الاكتشاف في تحصيل تلميذات الصف السادس الابتدائي وتنمية المهارات الاجتماعية لديهن في مادة التاريخ" ،واقتصرت عينة البحث الحالي على تلميذات الصف السادس الابتدائي في مدرسة زيد بن ثابت  للبنات في مدينة الموصل حيث تكونت عينة البحث من (60)تلميذة  تم توزيعهم بشكل متساو الى مجموعتين احداهما تجريبية تدرس باستخدام طريقة الاكتشاف وعددها (30) تلميذة  في حين درست المجموع

يتناول البحث دراسة مقارنة بين القوانين المدنية والقانون الانكليزي لسلطة المحكمة في تنفيذ الالتزام العقدي على حساب المدين

The Audit evedances represent the reconciliation tools between the Financial data shown on financial statements, and the level of satisfaction level of the Auditor about these statements. According that, the Auditor try to achieve the highest quantity of These evidances, and the most satisfactive of it…, but that will be so hard sometimes, when the internal controlling system is not good, and when the Auditor had some satisfied evidences, but not sharp… So, this research comes to inspect the relation between the quantity, and the level of satisfaction, and argument to prove that evidences gives. The aim of the research is to identify learning difficulties and their role in children's perception of self-concept. The researcher adopted the descriptive and analytical approach method in this study. A questionnaire was designed by the researcher to collect some related information such as biodata, family, health, diagnostic and behavioral patterns of the case. An idiom is a group of words whose meaning put together is different from the meaning of
individual words. English is a rich language when it comes to idioms, they represent variety. For
foreign learners, idioms are problematic because even if they know the meaning of individual
words that compose an idiom the meaning of it might be something completely different.
The present study investigates Iraqi third year college students’ recognition of idioms. To
achieve this, the researchers have conducted a test which comprises three questions. Certain
