وهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الاوهام الايجابية فضلاً عن التعرف على الفروق في الاوهام الايجابية بين الطالبات على وفق متغير الحالة الاجتماعية (متزوجة – غير متزوجة) والتخصص الدراسي (علمي – انساني) والمرحلة الدراسية (اول- رابع)، تألفت عينة البحث من (120) طالبة من طالبات جامعة بغداد -كلية التربية للبنات وكلية العلوم للبنات، وتم تطبيق مقياس البحث - مقياس (الاوهام الايجابية) وهو (من إعداد الباحثة)، وقد اسفرت نتائج البحث عن:

      ان تحقيق التطوير المطلوب في التعليم الجامعي يستلزم القيام ببحوث علمية تساعد في الوصول الى معادلات سليمة لأحداثه، وتجنب سلبيات التغيير غير المدروس وغير المخطط علميا ، والبحث الحالي هو محاولة في هذا الأتجاه، ويهتم بوضع خطوط عريضة تتضمن مجموعة الآراء والأفكار والتوجهات ذات الاهمية لتطوير دور التعليم العالي في تنمية العلم والتكنولوجيا، والتنمية البشرية ، أيضا في توجيه

Background: Depression is a common mental disorder that presents with depressed mood;it can become chronic or recurrent and affect dental health .Thus this research aimed to assess the prevalence and severity of dental caries among students with different grade of depression in relation to physicochemical characteristics of stimulated whole saliva. Crabs belong to the crustacean family (Decapods crustacean), and their shells contain natural ingredients from which the bioactive compounds are derived. It has been used as folklore medicine in cancer treatment. We investigate the possible anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects for crab shells and whole crabs. Thirty-six rats (150–200 gm) from both sexes were used, divided into six groups, the anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant activity measured using cotton pellet induce granuloma model. Detection of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF α), Interleukin 1 beta (IL-1β), superoxide (SOD), and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels using ELISA Kits. The data analysis by one-way ANOVA followed by the Tukey test. Values are significant at (p < 0.05).

Osteoarthritis is the most prevalent arthritic disease and a leading cause of disability. The pathogenesis of osteoarthritis involves multiple etiologies, including variable degree of synovial inflammation. Metformin and pioglitazone could potentially reduce the levels and activity of inflammatory mediators. This may consider as a new therapeutic approach added to the current used drugs in an attempt to decrease the pain, inflammation, and improve daily activity and quality of life in patients with knee osteoarthritis.
