أستأثر الاتجاه نحو مفهوم العولمة اهتمام العديد من الباحثين والدارسين رغم حداثته نسبياً ، فهي كظاهرة ما زالت في طور التكوين ، الا انها غزت كل المجالات وتناولها الجميع بمختلف اهتماماتهم فتصدى للحديث عنها المثقفون والسياسيون والاجتماعيون والاقتصاديون الا انه في الوقت نفسه الكتابات والبحوث المعمقة في هذا الجانب ما زالت قليلة ويظل بذلك هذا المفهوم من اكثر المفاهيم المتداولة جاذبية واثارة للجدل عند العام

    تعاني الطفولة العراقية منذ عدة سنوات نزاعات وحروب جعلت حياتهم رهينة ظروف استثنائية بأستمرار نتيجة تعرضهم للضغوط الصدمية والتي تؤدي الى ارتفاع مستوى التوتر . ومن هنا تبلورت مشكلة البحث الحالي من خلال الاجابة عن الأسئلة التالية :-

The objective of this research to identify the level of job satisfaction among lecturers Iraqi universities on the Law of University Service has determined the research community in the teaching staff or lecturers University (Baghdad, Mustansiriya, Technology, Al-Nahrean) were selected the same of them with a volume of (400) teaching (male and female) to complete the research has been prepared to identify composed of (49) items distributed on four axes and Search Results indicated that the level of job satisfaction among the teaching Iraqi university courses on the law of service is characterized by the presence of positive and job satisfaction and the law in general.

This research has targeted four aims related to the social morals of university students in terms of psychological aspect and Islamic field; they had been achieved as follow:

The research aims to identify the correlation between self-reliance and human relationship of kindergartens’ teachers. Total of (120) kindergarten teachers at Baghdad city. To collect needed data, two scales were administered to the research sample consisted of (25) items of each scale with (five) alternatives. The results revealed that teachers have good level of self-reliance and human relationship. There is a positive correlation between self-reliance and human relationship.
