Statistical methods : The researcher used the following statistical methods ( arithmetic mean , standard deviation, Ca 2 box , the Pearson correlation coefficient , test Altaúa for a single sample, test Altaúa for two samples ) . Conclusions : In the light of the results was reached the following conclusions : 1 - Weakness in the possession of school principals to knowledge management skill in the General Directorate for Educational Baghdad's Karkh second. 2 - There is no statistically significant differences in knowledge management by variable sex . 3 - The presence of statistically significant differences in knowledge management depending on the length of service for the benefit of the owners of the service more than 10 years . Recommendations: 1 - Develop objective criteria for the selection of school principals based competence and experience and academic achievement . 2 - Activation of in - service training courses for school administrators in accordance with educational developments and trends of modern management . 3 - To benefit from the experiences of excellence in educational institutions.

In this study, low cost biosorbent ̶inactive biomass (IB) granules (dp=0.433mm) taken from drying beds of Al-Rustomia Wastewater Treatment Plant, Baghdad-Iraq were used for investigating the optimum conditions of Pb(II), Cu(II), and Ni(II) biosorption from aqueous solutions. Various physico-chemical parameters such as initial metal ion concentration (50 to 200 mg/l), equilibrium time (0-180 min), pH (2-9), agitation speed (50-200 rpm), particles size (0.433 mm), and adsorbent dosage (0.05-1 g/100 ml) were studied. Microalgae present much usefulness for antimicrobial research because of its enormous biodiversity and rapid growth rate. From this study results it is reaveled that Chlamydomonas reinhardtii were isolated from a pond of water in the province of Diwaniyah. The culture supernatants were obtained when extracted with methanol solvent. Antimicrobial activity of extracts was tested for pathogens, and the best inhibition zone obtained was against Candida albicans (32mm), S.aureus (15mm), and to E.coli (9mm).
