Conclusions : In the light of the results was reached the following conclusions : 1 - Weakness in the possession of school principals to knowledge management skill in the General Directorate for Educational Baghdad's Karkh second. 2 - There is no statistically significant differences in knowledge management by variable sex . 3 - The presence of statistically significant differences in knowledge management depending on the length of service for the benefit of the owners of the service more than 10 years . Recommendations: 1 - Develop objective criteria for the selection of school principals based competence and experience and academic achievement . 2 - Activation of in - service training courses for school administrators in accordance with educational developments and trends of modern management . 3 - To benefit from the experiences of excellence in educational institutions.

The effect of various culture media (BG11, BBM, and Urea), nutrients stress [nitrogen (N), phosphorous (P), magnesium (Mg) and carbonate (CO3)] and gamma (γ) radiation on the growth and lipid accumulation of Dictyochloropsis splendida were investigated. The study aims at elicitation the morals strategies from sunnah depending on the analytic-qualitative method. It revealed a comprehensive integrated system of creative strategies to improve morals. It was categorized into three areas: cognitive strategies, affective strategies, and some strategies based on self-initiative and practice. The researcher recommended that teachers and educators should employ these effective strategies in the process of moral guidance for the Muslim generation. He also recommended that researchers should put more effort to do more In-depth qualitative studies, which must be directed to establish the origin of different education strategies from the Holy Qur’an, the Sunnah, and Muslim scholars’ legacy.
