Concentrated research problem by low satisfaction of the human element, which is the mainstay key to the success of organizations and achieve their goals, so it has to be interest in it, and work to his satisfaction and the achievement of its objectives, has prevailed belief in special cases that the human element is forced to work, have resulted from that neglect, especially in the non-governmental organizations , and thus a marked decline in the performance of employees in government agencies, and thus became necessary to search for a solution of the problem and by improving satisfaction.                         

The current research was aimed at the following:
1. Measurement of   Boldness among the students of  university.

2. Identify the differences in Boldness between university students according to variable of Sex (male / female) and variable of Specialization (scientific / literary).

To achieve this aims of the research, the researcher set up the instrument is scale of the Boldness that consistent (34) item, and the researcher applying this scale on the sample amounted to (200) student of  University. The purposes of this study are to measure masculine's identification among secondary school students, and to examine the significant differences among secondary school students in respect of students age (16-18) year. The researcher has prepared a questionnaire comprised (25) item to measure masculine identification among students: this scale was applied on (100) student who were selected as a sample from four different school at al-rusafa side in Baghdad.
