...Show More Authors

Targeted Search:

-scale preparation of teaching and professional competencies required for university professor from the perspective of students from different disciplines.

-scale application prepared by the researcher for the students to see how their preference for these competencies to their professors.

-limited Search: Find determined to present the following

-students of both sexes in the University of Baghdad.

2013 -      2012 two school year.

Identify the terminology: some professional terms identified (such as professional and teaching competencies, and university professor.

Conclusions brought by the research are:

-crystallized Competences professional and teaching required for university professor from the perspective of students about the four competencies are important (personal university professor, scientific and professional mastery, and humanitarian relations, calendar and activities.

-came paragraphs realized all four areas from the perspective of college students humanitarian and scientific.

-clear from the application of the scale on the students to see their point of view with teachers as much as they enjoy enough of scientific and professional competencies and capabilities.

-nature of the friendly relations between teachers and students, which earn this relationship and raising motivation to do what their abilities and motivating for distinguished scientific achievement, which in turn is reflected in the level of positive and give their interaction over the direction of their students.

The most important recommendations that came out research are:

-  The need to provide proof professor contains a list of the necessary professional competencies and mission, which is reported in this paper.

-need access to current developments in the various methods of theoretical and practical teaching and its implementation mechanism and how to formulate achievement tests and manage a successful calendar program.

Tolerating Permanent Faults in the Input Port of the Network on Chip Router
...Show More Authors

Deep submicron technologies continue to develop according to Moore’s law allowing hundreds of processing elements and memory modules to be integrated on a single chip forming multi/many-processor systems-on-chip (MPSoCs). Network on chip (NoC) arose as an interconnection for this large number of processing modules. However, the aggressive scaling of transistors makes NoC more vulnerable to both permanent and transient faults. Permanent faults persistently affect the circuit functionality from the time of their occurrence. The router represents the heart of the NoC. Thus, this research focuses on tolerating permanent faults in the router’s input buffer component, particularly the virtual channel state fields. These fields track packets f

The Electric Energy Generation Approach of the Energy Saving House Using Photovoltaic System
...Show More Authors

This paper describes a research effort that aims of developing solar models for housing suitable for the Arabian region since the Arabian Peninsula is excelled with very high levels of solar radiation.
The current paper is focused on achieving energy efficiency through utilizing solar energy and conserving energy. This task can be accomplished by implementation the major elements related to energy efficiency in housing design , such as embark on an optimum photovoltaic system orientation to maximize seize solar energy and produce solar electricity. All the precautions were taken to minimizing the consumption of solar energy for providing the suitable air-condition to the inhibitor of the solar house in addition to use of energy effici

The Accuracy of Intraoral Registration for Dynamic Surgical Navigation in the Edentulous Maxilla
...Show More Authors

Purpose: Despite the high clinical accuracy of dynamic navigation, inherent sources of error exist. The purpose of this study was to improve the accuracy of dynamic navigated surgical procedures in the edentulous maxilla by identifying the optimal configuration of intra-oral points that results in the lowest possible registration error for direct clinical implementation. Materials and methods: Six different 4-area configurations were tested by 3 operators against positive and negative controls (8-areas and 3-areas, respectively) using a skull model. The two dynamic navigation systems (X-Guide® and NaviDent®) and the two registration methods (bone surface tracing and fiducial markers) produced four registration groups. The accuracy of the

Scheduling of Leaching Requirements to Prevent the Secondary Salinisation in the Root Zone
...Show More Authors

Leaching scheduling techniques are one of the suggested solutions for water scarcity problems .The aim of the study is to show the possibility of using leaching scheduling, when applying the irrigation scheduling program for a certain irrigation project, which was prepare by Water Resources Engineering –University of Baghdad with some modifications to generalized it and it make applicable to various climatic zone and different soil types.
The objectives of this research is to build a system that concerns the prediction of the leaching scheduling (depth and date of leaching water), illustrating the main problems (soil salinity, save the amount of leaching requirement, and to maintain crops growth). The other objective is to compare be

The linguistic meaning of the verse in the Arabic dictionaries applies very much to the reality of rent and its effect. This is true of economic growth as a continuous increase in real per capita income in addition to the same thing. Therefore, development does not necessarily achieve a comprehensive and structural increase of the various economic sectors. As the rent came in the sense of a terrible land open Maim any fertilized. And the camel is a ma'aya and a ra'i: that is, it goes in the pasture and returns itself. This is similar to the extraction of oil after it is ready for investment and earn its revenue as soon as it exists or is extracted by external parties. Semiconductor-based metal oxide gas detector of five mixed from zinc chloride Z and tin chloride S salts Z:S ratio 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100% were fabricated on glass substrate by a spray pyrolysis technique. With thickness were about 0.2 ±0.05 μm using water soluble as precursors at a glass substrate temperature 500 ºC±5, 0.05 M, and their gas sensing properties toward CH4, LPG and H2S gas at different concentration (10, 100, 1000 ppm) in air were investigated at room temperature which related with the petroleum refining industry.
Furthermore structural and morphology properties were scrutinize. Results shows that the mixing ratio affect the composition of formative oxides were (ZnO, Zn2SnO4, Zn2SnO4+ZnSnO3, ZnSnO3, SnO2) ratios ment
