The Iraqi poetry is affected tangibly by this poem because of the intellective vaccinating between Iraqi and Arab poets ingeneral and western cultures in particular as a result of the tranplahin movement and other important means.
The modern poet wood to ask some important characters to enrich his technician text inspite the fact that this is not a new way in Arab poetry but it takes avarant – criented to become outside the limits of rigid description within ongoing kinematic structure to be in the dramatic structure of technrcranhe texts.

A field study aimed to improve administrative performance of the Heads of Departments in Wasit University in light of the administrative functions, a questionnaire constructed was c of 38 items, as have been applied during the academic year 2014/2015 to a group of experts from the deans and assistants, professors and heads of departments using the Delphi method by two rounds the adoption rate of 90% and an agreement was numbered 30 experts and study reached important results have been analyzed and discussed according to fields of study, a planning, organization and direction.

The importance of the jurist concentrated on Abu-Abdullah Mohammad Bin Ismael Al- Bukhary who wrote his famous writing (the great history) according to his Modern approach. His style was clearly aimed to record historical events helped narrators reported novel especially through deep reading to be as a sign of special different style from curriculum historians and their ways. The institutions of higher education and scientific research are the strategic institutions in the field of investing the human resources.

Cluster analysis (clustering) is mainly concerned with dividing a number of data elements into clusters. The paper applies this method to create a gathering of symmetrical government agencies with the aim to classify them and understand how far they are close to each other in terms of administrative and financial corruption by means of five variables representing the prevalent administrative and financial corruption in the state institutions.
