A field study aimed to improve administrative performance of the Heads of Departments in Wasit University in light of the administrative functions, a questionnaire constructed was c of 38 items, as have been applied during the academic year 2014/2015 to a group of experts from the deans and assistants, professors and heads of departments using the Delphi method by two rounds the adoption rate of 90% and an agreement was numbered 30 experts and study reached important results have been analyzed and discussed according to fields of study, a planning, organization and direction.
In the present study, cytogenetic and molecular techniques were conducted to detect the chromosomal aneuploidy and the involvement of N and H genes in squamous larynx carcinoma cell line Hep-2.Our results showed that numerical and structural abnormalities were involved in larynx cancer Hep-2.The total number of chromosomes ranging from tripolyploidy in passage187to more than that in passage207.The more frequent chromosomes involved in numerical aberrations were chromosomes1,7,16,17 and 18. Structural chromosomal aberrations were also detected.Deletion of short arm was detected in chromosome 1(del 1p) and the long arm of chromosome 1(del 1q)and 6(del 6q).Gaining on short arms were also recorded in chromosomes 3(3p+) and 12(12p+).At the mole

Separation axioms can be regard as tools for distinguishing objects in information systems. Rough theory is one of map the topology to uncertainty. The aim of this work is to presented graph, continuity, separation properties and rough set to put a new approaches for uncertainty. For the introduce of various levels of approximations, we introduce several levels of continuity and separation axioms on graphs in Gm-closure approximation spaces.
This research describes a new model inspired by Mobilenetv2 that was trained on a very diverse dataset. The goal is to enable fire detection in open areas to replace physical sensor-based fire detectors and reduce false alarms of fires, to achieve the lowest losses in open areas via deep learning. A diverse fire dataset was created that combines images and videos from several sources. In addition, another self-made data set was taken from the farms of the holy shrine of Al-Hussainiya in the city of Karbala. After that, the model was trained with the collected dataset. The test accuracy of the fire dataset that was trained with the new model reached 98.87%.
Background: Diabetic neuropathy can affect any peripheral nerve, including sensory neurons, motor neurons, and the autonomic nervous system. Therefore, diabetic neuropathy has the potential to affect essentially any organ and can affect parts of the nervous system like the optic nerve, spinal cord, and brain. In addition, chronic hyperglycemia affects Schwann cells, and more severe patterns of diabetic neuropathy in humans involve demyelization. Schwann cell destruction might cause a number of changes in the axon. study aims to evaluate serum myelin protein level as a predicting marker in the diagnosis of diabetic neuropathy and to prevent early neuropathy complications of type 2 diabetes.

... Show MoreThe corrosion behavior and the influence of the concentration of adenine (AD) on the corrosion of 316L stainless steel in 0.6 mol.dm-3 sodium chloride acid solutions were studied. The research was performed in two pH values (pH=2 and pH=4) over the temperature range (293- 308)K. The investigation involved electrochemical polarization method using potentiostatic technique. Tafel polarization study revealed that (AD) acted as a mixed inhibitor. The inhibition efficiency increased with an increase in the concentration of adenine, but decreased with increase in temperature. (efficiency= 87% at 0.01 M AD & at T= 293K). The adsorption of (AD) has been found to occur on the surface of 316L stainless steel according to the Langmuir isotherm.

Show MoreBackground: Orofacial cleft is the most common craniofacial birth defect and the fourth most common congenital malformation in humans that have an effect on oral health in addition to nutrient intake affected in those children. This research aims to investigate gingival condition, dental caries experience and nutritional status among children with orofacial cleft and compare them with normal children. Materials and methods: The study group included 36 children with an age ranged (4-9) years of orofacial cleft. The control group included 37 children matched the control group in age and gender. Gingival condition measured by Gingival Index (Löe and Silness, 1963), while dental caries status was measured by (D1-4MFs/d1-4mfs) index according
... Show MoreThe corrosion behavior of 2024 aluminium alloy was investigated in alkaline medium (pH=13) containing 0.6 . in absence and presence of different concentrations of three amino acids separately [Methionine, Glutamice acid and Lysine] as environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitors over the temperature range (293-308)K. Electrochemical polarization method using potentiostatic technique was employed. The inhibition efficiency increased with an increase of the inhibitor concentration but decreased with increase in temperature . The maximum efficiency value was found with lysine =80.4 of 293 k and 10 . concentration of lysine. The adsorption of the amino acids was found to obey Langmuir adsorption isotherm . Eight different samples of imported and local wood were collected from markets. Samples were grinded, dried in order to measure radon concentrations in it. Cylindrical diffusion tube was used as detection technique. Results show that the higher concentration was in Iraqi sample 1 which recorded (14.02 ± 0.9) Bq / m3, while the less was in Emirates Sample which recorded (5.35 ± 1.2) Bq / m3. From the present work, all wood samples were with lowest concentrations of radon gas than other building materials.
Two locally isolated microalgae (Chlorella vulgaris Bejerinck and Nitzschia palea (Kützing) W. Smith) were used in the current study to test their ability to production biodiesel through stimulated in different nitrogen concentration treatments (0, 2, 4, 8 gl ), and effect of nitrogen concentration on the quantity of primary product (carbohydrate, protein ), also the quantity and quality of lipid. The results revealed that starvation of nitrogen led to high lipid yielding, in C. vulgaris and N. palea the lipid content increased from 6.6% to 40% and 40% to 60% of dry weight (DW) respectively. Also in C. vulgaris, the highest carbohydrate was 23% of DW from zero nitrate medium and the highest protein was 50% of DW in the treatment 8gl. ... Show MoreIn this paper, we investigate the automatic recognition of emotion in text. We perform experiments with a new method of classification based on the PPM character-based text compression scheme. These experiments involve both coarse-grained classification (whether a text is emotional or not) and also fine-grained classification such as recognising Ekman’s six basic emotions (Anger, Disgust, Fear, Happiness, Sadness, Surprise). Experimental results with three datasets show that the new method significantly outperforms the traditional word-based text classification methods. The results show that the PPM compression based classification method is able to distinguish between emotional and nonemotional text with high accuracy, between texts invo
