This article focuses on the relationship of gender to the effectiveness of both women and men in public relations work. Its aim is to identify the extent to which public relations employees are aware of the concept of gender, and to reveal the role of the institution in determining certain roles for both women and men at work, as well as to find out which employees are most effective in public relations activities within the institution.

     An experimental investigation of the variation of argon discharge current with a glow and afterglow time intervals of a square discharge voltage was carried out at low pressure (6-11 mbar). The design, construction and investigation of experimental study of two compound parabolic concentrators (CPCs) with tubular absorber have been presented. The performance of CPCs have been evaluated by using outdoor experimental measurements including the instantaneous thermal efficiency. The aim of this study is to highlight the relationship between competitive intelligence and Entrepreneurial Performance by centralizing the strategic vigilance of a sample of civil faculties in Baghdad. The sample of the study was targeted at 10 Iraqi civil colleges, which consisted of (133) members of the faculty council of the faculties, the search data was collected using the questionnaire form as the main research tool. The performance in the 110-meter hurdles at the sprint hurdles event is determined by several physical and physiological qualities. Nonetheless, relatively little attention has been paid to the predictability of such factors in determining race performance. This study seeks to fill this gap by establishing the most critical physical and physiological characteristics affecting elite hurdlers’ performance and creating a statistical model that predicts race times from the identified measurable characteristics. The study utilized a descriptive research design in-volving six elite male hurdlers, all of whom completed a battery of standardized physical and functional tests to assess their explosive lower-body strength, agility, reaction
