This research aims to investigate the impact of a training program for teachers of chemistry according to the strategies for both sides of the brain together in academic achievement for their students, the sample consisted of a 12 teachers of both genders who are teaching chemistry for the students of the fifth scientific secondary schools of the General Directorate for the Education in Garmiyan/Sulaymaniyah governorate, Iraqi Kurdistan region, where five teachers of them randomly selected to involve the training program, and seven teachers did not participate in the proposed training program, where a sample of students was selected for each group of teachers about 147 male and female students for teachers of the experimental group and 198 male and female students for teachers of the control group. After the preparation of the training program, its prepared research instrument was a learning test of the multiple choice in chemistry for the reliability of (0. 91) depending on the equation of Kuder-Richardson-20, the results showed the impact of the training program on the academic achievement between the two groups of students in the research sample for the group of the trained teachers in training program with a size of significant impact in compare with the students of non training teachers.
The compressive residual stresses generated by shot peening, is increased in a direct proportional way with shot peening time (SPT). For each metal, there is an optimum shot peening time (O.S.T) which gives the optimum fatigue life. This paper experimentally studied to optimize shot peening time of aluminium alloy 6061-T651 as well as using of and analysis of variance (ANOVA).
Two types of fatigue test specimens’ configuration were used, one without notch (smooth) and the other with a notch radius (1,25mm), each type was shot peened at different time. The (O.S.T) was experimentally estimated to be 8 minutes reaching the surface stresses at maximum peak of -184.94 MPa.

The adsorption of Malonic acid, Succinic acid, Adipic acid, and Azelaic acid from their aqueous solutions on zinc oxide surface were investigated. The adsorption efficiency was investigated using various factors such as adsorbent amount, contact time, initial concentration, and temperature. Optimum conditions for acids removal from its aqueous solutions were found to be adsorbent dose (0.2 g), equilibrium contact time (40 minutes), initial acids concentration (0.005 M). In this study, the upgrading of Iraqi heavy crude oil was achieved utilizing the solvent deasphalting approach (SDA) and enhanced solvent deasphalting (e-SDA) by adding Nanosilica (NS). The NS was synthesized from local sand. The chemicals materials were used to study the effect of citric acid, detergents, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate on the vitality of the third stage of mosquito Culex pipiens molestus. The highest larvicidal efficacy was established from citric acid solution followed by detergents solution, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate with (LC50) values 2096, 2715, 13930, 13960 ppm respectively.
