In the measurement objectives of the current research after the application of the to the sample and analysis of their responses statistically using Ttest onesamples and Pearson correlation coefficient and the research conclue the following results: 1. The teachers of the kindergarten using the dimensions of the five learning in the MR model (that includes several educational theories in its model such as Piaget theory representation in harmonizing the Cooperative Learning based on problems OZBELtheory is on and use the reward and training and feedback. 2. This work describes an experimental setup to evaluate the photodynamictoxicity of 650 nm diode laser and 532 nm Frequency-doubled Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser on the growth of Candida albicans as well as the potential fungicidal effect when combining the laser irradiation with specific photosensitizers namely methylene blue, toluidine blue, acridine orange and safranin O. In this study the findings showed that the number of colony-forming units per millilitre (CFU/ml) of C. albicans decreased with increasing exposure time.
