The aims of this research are : 1. To measure mental health among disabled in Baghdad. 2. To identify the statistical differences in mental health among disabled in Baghdad according to gender. 3. To identify the statistical differences in mental health among disabled in Baghdad according to age. The scale of mental health (Aljbori&abdulhussin,2015) was adopted by the researcher, A purposely sample were selected of (60) disabled at Iraqi Alliance of Disabilitiv (IAD) in academic year 2015 to 2016. Where data have analyzed by SPSS. The results found. 1. The disabled characterized with good level of mental heath. 2. There was no significant differences between ganders 3. There are no significant differences between age. Results and recommendation for research are discussed.
The current research aims to identify the psychological well-being of the educational counselors, as well as to identify the significance of differences in psychological well-being according to the variables (gender, duration of service). The number of scale's items reached (42) items distributed evenly on six dimensions (autonomy, environmental mastery, personal growth, positive relationships with others, purpose in life, self-acceptance), for each field (7) items. This cross-sectional study was performed through the period from November 1st 2018 to March 2019 at 17 hospitals, a self-administered questionnaire was utilized to collect data from the physicians, and the targeted hospitals were randomly selected at different regions in Baghdad City area. The study focuses on identifying the reality of administrative creativity of secondary schools' managers in Al-zarqaa province. The descriptive approach was adopted to conduct this study. To achieve the study objective, the author designed a questionnaire composed of (24) items included (4) domains applied on (80) male and female school managers were selected randomly. The results showed that the administrative creativity level of secondary school's managers over all domains were too high which ranked as school management domain followed by public community domain then teacher domain and finally, school environment domain. Additionally, each of male, private sector, and experience over 10 years revealed significant differences.
