The current research aims to identify the level of both psychological comfort and job performance among a sample of high school teachers for the academic year (2019-2020). The researcher has built two tools to measure psychological comfort, and one to measure job performance. Four isopod species belonging to three families of the suborder Cymothoida were detected. The species of Opilio kakunini Snegovaya, Cokendolpher & Mozaffarian, 2018 was recorded for the first time in Iraq; as well as to four species belonging to this order which were recorded previously. In this paper, we added a new species to the checklist of Iraqi opilionid fauna with a description of the most important characteristics, along with genitalia, for both males and females are presented with digital photographs. Specimens of males and females were collected from Al- Rifai district northern of Dhi-Qar Province, southern of Iraq.
 

The current study examined the effect of different sample sizes to detect the Item differential functioning (DIF). The study has used three different sizes of the samples (300, 500, 1000), as well as to test a component of twenty polytomous items, where each item has five categories. They were used Graded Response Model as a single polytomous item response theory model to estimate items and individuals’ parameters. The study has used the Mantel-Haenszel (MH) way to detect (DIF) through each case for the different samples. The results of the study showed the inverse relationship between the sample size and the number of items, which showed a differential performer.

A LiF (TLD-700) PTFED disc has adiameter of (13mm) and thickness of (0.4mm) for study the response and sensetivity of this material for gamma and beta rays by using (TOLEDO) system from pitman company. In order to calibrate the system and studying the calibration factor. Discs were irradiated for Gamma and Beta rays and comparing with the theoretical doses. The exposure range is between 15×10-2 mGy to 1000×10-2 mGy. These doses are within the range of normal radiation field for workers.
