The Moslem women between west and Islam ,This study deals with Muslim women
from the west Pont of view in the oriental studies or the western media and how it was
exposed to ill-treatment or evil-eyed by the west due to misunderstanding or it was done on
purpose that they didn’t comprehend how the women deals with Islam ,so this western view
assured that Islam had disparaged the women's position and hindered her freedom, aiming at
stabbing Islam and dislocate the Islamic tissue which is formed from man and women.

In this paper, a relationship between the liquid limit and the coefficient of consolidation of Iraqi soils are studied. The samples of soil used in study are undisturbed silty clay. These samples are taken from different locations and depths of Middle and South of Iraq by cooperation with Consulting Engineering Bureau- University of Baghdad- College of Engineering. The depth reached about 20 meters. The experimental work is made to calculate the liquid limit and the coefficient of consolidation. From these sites, 280 points are obtained. The current study aims to examine the level of cognitive management requirement among the governmental secondary schools' managers in al-hial province in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To do this, the author designed a questionnaire comprised (20) item which was applied on (250) managers included (113) manager hold bachelor degree and (137) manager hold master degree. To carry out this study, the researcher utilized the descriptive approach. The findings revealed that a high level of cognitive management requirements among secondary schools' managers as well as there is a significant difference at the (0.05) level regarding degree type, but there is no a significant difference according to gender variable.
