This paper investigates an effective computational method (ECM) based on the standard polynomials used to solve some nonlinear initial and boundary value problems appeared in engineering and applied sciences. Moreover, the effective computational methods in this paper were improved by suitable orthogonal base functions, especially the Chebyshev, Bernoulli, and Laguerre polynomials, to obtain novel approximate solutions for some nonlinear problems. A study of taxonomic quality of soil algae was conducted with some environmental variables in three sites of local gardens (Kadhimiya, Adhamiya and Dora) within the governorate of Baghdad for the period from October 2016 to March 2017. The study identified 28 species belonging to 16 species in which the predominance of blue green algae (18 species) Followed by Bacillarophyta algae (7 species) and three types of Chlorophyta. This study aimed to show the extent of compliance with the income taxpayer  to provide tax returns and increase the speed of collection of these taxes in addition to increasing confidence in  Income Tax department and reduce the number of cases transferred to the courts and promote taxpayer awareness in charge of the importance of self-assessment system, and study sought to investigate the effect of the existence of records documents, technical audit, and computational audit and documentary audit on income tax collections in Jordan, from the point of viewof Jordanian income tax auditors ,results shows there's a strong  relation between these variables and Income Tax collections.
