It is difficult to understand the nature of family violence without linking it to some of the concepts related to it. The negative effects that may lead to the destruction of the entire family entity and the emergence of a generation of children confused and confused intellectual and behavioral. It also aims at reducing the capacities of children who are affected by education, productivity and creativity, and their future tasks and responsibilities. The structure and optical properties of ZnTe semiconductor thin films of 500 nm were studied using thermal evaporation technique. The influence of annealing temperatures on ZnTe thin films in the range ( R.T - 473 K). XRD and surface morphological analyses are used to examine the films.
