The current research aims at identifying the level of violence against women and relationship with psychological pain according to social status . To achieve the aims of the study a sample has been chosen to be (200) employers distributed to five colleges at Baghdad university. The violence scale which consists of (23) items in its final from , and the psychological pain scale which consists of (30) items in its final form and extracted validity and reliability of the scale the findings of the study include the following :-

• The employers of Baghdad university don’t have any violence.
• The employers of Baghdad university don’t have any psychological pain .

This paper presents an investigation to the effect of the forming speed on healing voids that inhabit at various size in an ingot. The study was performed by using finite element method with bilinear isotropic material option, circular type voids were considered. The closure index was able to predict the minimum press force necessary to consolidate voids and the reduction. The simulation was carried out, on circular cross-section lead specials containing a central void of different size. At a time with a flat die, different ratio of inside to outside radius was taken with different speed to find the best result of void closure.

The aim of the current research is to identify the level of organizational culture among the headmasters and teachers of intermediate and secondary schools in Arar city. It also aims to identify the effect of job variables, qualifications, educational stage, and years of experience on the level of organizational culture and its domains. For laser a comparison study for the theoretically calculated results with a simulation results using a software which calculates the Q-switched solid state laser parameters was such as energy, peak power and pulse width were performed.
