يعد موضوع السلام ونبذ العنف وقبول الآخر من الموضوعات الحیویة التي اخذت تصعد على سلم الأولویات فى نهایات القرن الماضي وبداية الالفية الجديدة ، ولازال یلقى الاهتمام الكبیر من الدول نظراً للنجاحات التي حققها السلام من حیث الإعمار والمساعدة فى رسم الخطط التنمویة طویلة المدى، وتنبع ألاهمیة من صیاغة الوجدان للإنسان العراقي عبر نشر ثقافة السلام.

An atomic force microscope (AFM) technique is utilized to investigate the polystyrene (PS) impact upon the morphological properties of the outer as well as inner surface of poly vinyl chloride (PVC) porous fibers. Noticeable a new shape of the nodules at the outer and inner surfaces, namely "Crater nodules", has been observed. The fibers surface images have seen to be regular nodular texture at the skin of the inner and outer surfaces at low PS content. At PS content of 6 wt.%, the nodules structure was varied from Crater shape to stripe. This study aims to evaluated the user satisfaction of retrieval services
concerning to universities thesis and dissertations in university dissertation
unit of Baghdad Library for achieving the following objectives:
1- Evaluating the performance of this unit (thesis unit of Baghdad University
Library) regarding to users opinion.
2- Recognizing the reasons in this unit behind the case of non satisfaction of
