The role of university in awareness of Social and Cultural Human Rights to Students
still at the beginnings . the irritable secure of Iraqi environment is the most challenges that
cease any work that may raise the human rights in university . in spite of obstacles the same
society of university like conferences and meetings that related to this subject . as well as the
luck of professional teachers.
This study raises a group of important questions, perhaps the most :
The contribution of university in educates their students of the social and cultural human
rights? What are the most challenges that facing these students? Does the university
responsible of this luck of understanding these human rights?

The current research aims to identify the impact of triangular bridging strategy in the acquisition of sociology of fourth-stage students. يعتقد البعض ان مفهوم العلم يعني الآلات والاجهزة العلمية (تقنيات التعليم) وهي لا تختلف عن مفهوم تكنولوجيا المعلومات , ويعد هذا الاعتقاد خاطئ , لان العلم هو بناء المعرفة العلمية المنظمة والتي يتم التوصل اليها عن طريق البحث العلمي , اما تكنولوجيا المعلومات فهي "التطبيقات العملية للمعرفة العلمية في مختلف المجالات ذات الفائدة المباشرة بحياة الانسان, او هي النواحي التطبيقية للعلم وما يرتبط بها من آلات واجهزة".

   To investigate the research objectives, the researchers put the following hypothesis:

There was no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average score of the students of the experimental group who studied the language of rhetoric according to model of learning method, and the average score of the students of the control group who studied the same article in the traditional way acquiring rhetorical concept.    The researchers relied on the experimental design with the partial setting of the post-test, which depends on the experimental group that is taught using the model of the learning method, and the control group taught using the traditional method.
