The current research aims to identify the level of parental treatment methods tolerance, hostility, strictness, and warmth, as well as the level of self-efficacy among middle school students. Moreover, it aims to identify the correlation relationship between the variables of parental treatment methods and self-efficacy among middle school students. The research sample included (150) middle school students. For achieving the objectives of the current research, the researchers adopted a scale of parental treatment methods prepared by (Zughair, 2006), and a scale of self-efficacy prepared by (Youssef, 2016), which were applied in their final form to the research sample. The research reached the following results: parents use a low-level hostility style and a high-level warmth style with their daughters at the expense of the hostile style.There is a statistical significance difference in self-efficacy among middle school students. The correlation between self-efficacy and the styles of tolerance and warmth was statistically significant. The correlation between self-efficacy, strictness and hostility styles were not statistically significant. In light of the results of the current research, the researchers presented a set of recommendation and suggestions.
This research examines the electrical, optical, and structural properties of zinc oxide (ZnO) and tin(IV) oxide (ZnO)1-x (SnO2)x composite thin films made by pulsed laser deposition, as well as the impact of composition concentration. The structural study of (ZnO)1-x (SnO2)x composites and thin films was conducted by X-ray analysis (XRD). Optical properties were investigated by UV–Vis infrared spectroscopy. The structural analysis revealed that all prepared thin-film composites were polycrystalline, exhibiting both hexagonal wurtzite and tetragonal phases for pure ZnO and SnO2, as well as a mixture of both phases for x=0.2 and 0.4. Copper zinc tin sulfide selenide, Cu2 ZnSn(S1−x Se x)4 , absorbers are promising earth-abundant and environmentally benign materials for low-cost photovoltaic applications.
