The current research aims to measure the job satisfaction of educational counselors in the general directorate of education of the second Rusafa in the ministry of education of Iraq. Moreover, it aims to identify the significant differences in job satisfaction according to the gender (Male-Female), the length of service (less than 15 years more than 15 years), and the relationship between these two variables. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher developed a scale to measure job satisfaction. This tool was applied to sample of (100) educational counselors selected randomly. The results showed that educational counselors have job satisfaction, in which males are more satisfied in their job than females. The results also showed that educational counselors with a job service more than 15 years are more satisfied to their peers in a service less than 15 years. The researcher came out with a number of conclusions, recommendations, and suggestions
We report here an innovative feature of green nanotechnology-focused work showing that mangiferin—a glucose functionalized xanthonoid, found in abundance in mango peels—serves dual roles of chemical reduction and in situ encapsulation, to produce gold nanoparticles with optimum in vivo stability and tumor specific characteristics. The interaction of mangiferin with a Au-198 gold precursor affords MGF-198AuNPs as the beta emissions of Au-198 provide unique advantages for tumor therapy while gamma rays are used for the quantitative estimation of gold within the tumors and various organs. This work has been carried out to develop national drug product contains 2.5mg/ml clonazepam as oral drop; it is used for the treatment of epilepsy in infants and children.
Several formulations were prepared using oral drop base, flavor, buffer, sweeteners and preservatives. Selection of best formula relied solely on physic-chemical testing of samples.
Stability study was conducted on the product for six months at different temperatures to determine the expiration date and the best storage conditions.
From the study we obtained an oral drop of good clear solution. The expiry date calculated to be not less than 2 years.
