The study was planned to evaluate the effect of adding Guanidinoacetic acid in some characteristics of the sperm of the rams. A simple, rapid spectrophotometric method has been established for the determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride (CPZ) in its pure form and in a tablet formulations.
