Abstract
The current research aims to identify mental health and its role in promoting self-confidence and positive behavior of female university students. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach in this research. The researcher depended on the availability of sources and references, literature, and previous field studies to analyze and study all aspects related to mental health and its role in promoting self-confidence and positive behavior of university students and then expand its importance and identify the areas of mental health, self-confidence, positive behavior, and university. The second chapter included the concept of mental health, the importance of the study, the most important factors of health and psychological factors of deterioration and manifestations of mental health, the methods of strengthening, and the relationship of mental health with some positive factors of the personality that develops positive behavior. The third chapter included the presentation and clarification of the concept, importance of self-confidence and reasons of weakness and misconceptions about the role of education in strengthening, the role of mental health in promoting self-confidence, the development of positive behavior, and methods of development in accordance with the principles of Islamic law, the relationship of psychological theories of self-confidence and positive behavior. Finally, the researcher came out with a set of recommendations.

Refrigerant R134a has been widely utilized in automotive air conditioning systems (AACSs); R134a has a high global warming potential (GWP) of 1430 despite having zero ozone depletion potential (ODP). The study aimed to compare the expression of miR-126-3p and miR-423-5p in patients and normal subjects, and correlate their expression with response to induction therapy. Circulating miR-126-3p and miR-423-5p were measured in the plasma of 43 adult AML patients and 35 age- and sex-matched controls by real time PCR. The foldchange in differential expression for each gene was calculated using the comparative cycle threshold (CT) method (also known as the 2−CT method).
