the research goal is preparing a list of standard criteria and quality controls for information technology applications to serve the Holy Quran.

To achieve this goal, the researcher has built a list of criteria according to the following steps:

First - identify the key areas covered by the whole list which are:

1 – Standards of system building and implementing with the operating screens.

2 – Standards of display forms including audio and video presentation.

3 – Standards which are related to the program philosophy.

4 - Standards which are related to the program objectives.

The aim of the present study is to evaluate the effectiveness of using Art as therapy to reduce the symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyper Activity Disorder (ADHD), in primary school children.
A clinical approach was used to test the validity of the hypothesis of our study, conducted on two second and fourth-year primary school pupils from Algiers, aged 7 and 9 years respectively.
In addition to the clinical observation and interview, we made use of the "Conners" scale for a (pre and post intervention) ADHD assessment, consisting of a combination of Art media in the form of mosaic works on purposely prepared panels. A simple straightforward mathematical method has been developed to cluster grid nodes on a boundary segment of an arbitrary geometry that can be fitted by a relevant polynomial. The method of solution is accomplished in two steps.
