Acute appendicitis is the most common surgical abdominal emergency. Its clinical diagnosis remains a challenge to surgeons, so different imaging options were introduced to improve diagnostic accuracy. Among these imaging modality choices, diagnostic medical sonography (DMS) is a simple, easily available, and cost effective clinical tool. The purpose of this study was to assess the accuracy of DMS, in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis compared to the histopathology report, as a gold standard. Between May 2015 and May 2016, 215 patients with suspected appendicitis were examined with DMS. The current research aimed to explore the practicing of cyber bullying among college students as well as the differences of practicing cyber bullying among university students based on gender variable. The finding revealed that there was a high prevalence rate for cyber bullying among research sample who was students from Baghdad University. It assured clearly that this group participated in cyber bullying effectively, due to the biological and psychological factors which make them super sensitive toward the social and economic problems. Moreover, the results showed that there were significant differences between male and female in practicing cyber bullying. The study proved that women use cyber bulling more than men.

The research community consists of () male and female advisors in schools of  Baghdad. The sample was haphazard( 51\.) The questionnaire was made and it consists (50) items. The research statistics have been analyzed by (SPSS), The questionnaires have been used in the first term in (2017-2018) and the results showed the relationship between the advisor and other teachers, the advisor and students fathers and the local society.  According to the results, the research made some recommendations and suggestions.
