تعد الادارة الجامعية عاملا مهما واساسيا في اكمال البناء المعرفي لشخصية الطالب الجامعي لما يمثله من قدرة على قيادة العملية التربوية والتعليمية والوصول بها الى تحقيق اهدافها . وطالما كانت هذه الادارة ممثلة ابتداء من رئاسات الاقسام ووصولا الى اعلى الهرم الاداري في الجامعة مهمة في تحقيق  الاهداف العلمية والتربوية فان اختيار الاشخاص للقيام بمهامها تاخذ جانبا كبيرا ومهما وذلك للاثر

This study aims to inspect the marginalization strategies implemented by Iraqi newspapers, with a focus on the daily newspaper (Al-Sabah) and its coverage of the October 2019 protests in Iraq, by employing the “Paradigm” Module. The research is descriptive the researcher implemented a descriptive-analytical survey method by using a non-probability sampling represented by (74) issues of Al-Sabah newspaper and used (content analysis form) as a tool to analyze (93) news content related to the October protests.
The Researcher reached several conclusions:
1- Al-Sabah newspaper mainly depends on “Economic Reforms” as a marginalization strategy in its news coverage of the October 2019 protests.

Abstract

The study aims to build a training program based on the Connectivism Theory to develop e-learning competencies for Islamic education teachers in the Governorate of Dhofar, as well as to identify its effectiveness. The study sample consisted of (30) Islamic education teachers to implement the training program, they were randomly selected. The study used the descriptive approach to determine the electronic competencies and build the training program, and the quasi-experimental approach to determine the effectiveness of the program. The research aims to reveal the professional self and the school climate among the educational counselors. The research problem is crystallized in the following:

1-Identifying the professional level of the educational counselors.

2- Knowing the level of the school climate with the educational counselors.

3- Are there statistically significant differences in the professional self and the school climate between the educational counselors of different gender (male / female)?

4- Is there a relationship between the professional self and the school climate of the research sample?
